Social Skills Groups
About Our Groups
Social skills groups can be a great way for a child with Autism to interact with others in a controlled environment designed just for them. Structured activities and play time encourage togetherness, and can help a child get ready for a kindergarten, school, or everyday group settings.
ABS suggests children have certain prerequisite skills prior to inclusion in a social skills group. It’s important to ask your Behavior Analyst if your child would benefit from social skills groups.
